Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Dip Mix 8 oz. frozen egg substitute, thawed 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Whisk first 2 ingredients. Grease medium skillet with cooking spray; heat to medium. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Stir and fold until eggs are done; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings.
