Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash 1 Tbsp. butter 1 scoop Oh My! Chai®
Directions
Pierce butternut squash with a fork; microwave for 10 minutes. Cool; cut in half, scoop out and discard seeds. Scoop out cooked squash; put in bowl with butter and Oh My! Chai®. Microwave for approximately 1 minute or until margarine melts. Stir; serve. Makes 3-4 servings.
