Ingredients
1 loaf sliced French bread Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil 1/2 jar Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix, prepared but not microwaved 1 diced tomato Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brush both sides of bread with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Toast under broiler. Microwave Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix just before serving. Add diced tomato; drizzle additional Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil over pesto. Put heaping spoonfuls of pesto mixture on toasted bread, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.
