Ingredients 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed3 - 4 Tbsp. Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil15 oz. can diced tomatoes1 cup chicken broth Directions Sauté vegetables in Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil until tender. Add tomatoes and broth; simmer 10 minutes. Makes 3-4 servings.
