Ingredients
1/2 cup Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup water 2 (9 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
Directions
Prepare Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix as directed on jar with olive oil and water; set aside. Prepare tortellini as directed on package; drain, leave approximately 1/3 cup water in pot. Return pasta to pot; add salt, pepper, Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix and tomatoes. Toss and serve. Makes 4-5 servings.
