Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 cup Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix
3 cups hot water
2 (15 oz.) cans any vegetables, drained
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 packaged pie crusts


Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl;stir to blend. Place one pie crust in the bottom of a deep-dish pie plate; pour filling into crust. Top with remaining pie crust.Crimp edges to seal; make small slits in top. Bake at 425° for 45-55 minutes or until top is browned and pie is bubbling. Makes 4-5 servings.
