Ingredients
2 cups Corn, Black Bean Salsa 10.75 oz. can Cheddar cheesesoup 4 oz. can chopped green chiles 1 1/2 lb.s cooked, drained ground beef 2 cups shredded taco cheese 1 cup shredded colby Jackcheese 8 large flour tortillas
Directions
Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray. Combine first 3 ingredients; reserve 2 cups mixture. Combine remaining mixture with ground beef. Divide beef mixture evenly between tortillas. Combine cheeses; place 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tortillas; place seam side down in pan. Spread reserved soup mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
