Ingredients
18 thin slices prosciutto, or very thin sliced ham 18 fresh basil leaves 18 peeled, deveined extra large shrimp Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
Directions
Soak 18 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Wrap 1 basil leaf and 1 slice prosciutto around each shrimp. Thread shrimp on skewer. Repeat with remaining skewers and shrimp. Brush shrimp liberally with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Grill shrimp over medium heat until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Drizzle with additional Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Serve hot or at room temperature. Makes 6 appetizer servings.
