Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™ 1 cup light mayonnaise 2 sliced large carrots 1 sliced medium yellow squash 1 sliced medium zucchini 1 sliced medium red bell pepper 6 oz. pkg. sliced portobella mushrooms 1 sliced small onion 1/2 cup Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil 1 lb. loaf French bread 8 - 12 slices provolone cheese
Directions
Combine Garlic Garlic™ and mayonnaise; chill 2 hours or overnight. Spread sliced vegetables on heavy-duty foil in a single layer. (May need to do 2 packets). Brush Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil over vegetables. Fold up foil to form packets. Grill 12-16 minutes or until tender; turn packets halfway through grilling time. Slice bread in half lengthwise; grill 30 seconds or until lightly browned. Spread Garlic Garlic™ mixture on bread; top with cheese and vegetables. Slice and serve. Makes 6 servings.
