Ingredients
Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®*
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 lb. browned, drained ground sausage
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients. Fold cooled sausage and cheese into batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet; brush with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Makes 12-14 servings.
