Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless sirloin pork roast 2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™ 2 Tbsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™ 2 cups beef or chicken broth
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Cool meat in juices; drain and shred. Use pork for enchilada, taco or burrito filling. Excellent added to chili or to top nachos. Add Sweet Southern BBQ Sauce™ for pork sandwiches. Makes 6-8 servings.
