Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream 3 oz. cream cheese 1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 Tbsp. tequila, optional 1/2 cup whipping cream Prepared Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix Assorted fresh fruit
Directions
For margarita dip, place first 5 ingredients and optional tequila in a blender or food processor. Cover; blend or process until combined. Add whipping cream. Cover; blend or process until fluffy and mixture mounds. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 24 hours. Arrange small skewers of pound cake and fruit on a serving platter; serve with dip. Makes 3-4 servings.
