Ingredients
1/2 cup Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 2 cups heavy cream 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 lb. large peeled, deveined shrimp 1 lb. prepared linguine
Directions
Prepare Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix as directed on jar with olive oil and water; set aside. In large skillet, melt butter; add cream and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 6-8 minutes. Stir in cheese, Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix and shrimp; cook additional 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Serve over linguine. Makes 4 servings.
