Ingredients
Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter 2 eggs 1/3 cup instant coffee granules 1 cup milk 2 (3.4 oz.) pkgs. Jell-O® cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 12 oz. thawed Cool Whip®, divided 25 crumbled Chocolate Creme Oreo® cookies 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 - 2 Tbsp. warmed chocolate sauce
Directions
Prepare Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix as directed with butter and eggs; spread batter in greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15-16 minutes or until set; cool completely. In large bowl, stir coffee granules into milk until dissolved. Add pudding mixes, vanilla extract and half of Cool Whip; stir to blend. Fold in crumbled cookies. Spread mixture over brownies; top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with cinnamon; drizzle with chocolate sauce. Cover; chill 8 hours or overnight. Makes about 20 servings.
