Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 chopped onion 1 cup vegetable broth 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 14 oz. can drained and quartered artichoke hearts 1/4 cup Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix 1/4 cup white wine 8 oz. prepared pasta Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add onion; cook until tender. Add next 4 ingredients; simmer 5-10 minutes. Stir in white wine; simmer 3-5 minutes. Pour over prepared pasta; mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top. Makes 3-4 servings.
