Ingredients
5 lb. beef brisket, trimmed of fat 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes 2 - 3 Tbsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™ 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 - 3 tsp. liquid smoke 2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™ 3/4 cup beer
Directions
Place brisket in large heavy baking pan; top with remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, at 300° for 5 hours. Slice across the grain. Makes 8-10 servings.
