Ingredients
Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix 1 cup water 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted 1 fresh pineapple, cut into rings, halved Caramel ice cream
Directions
Prepare cake as directed on package with water and butter. Bake at 325° for 55-60 minutes. Cool, slice. Grill pineapple rings until heated through and grill pound cake slices until lightly browned. Serve pineapple on cake slices; top with ice cream. Makes 9 servings.
