Ingredients 8 - 9 small red potatoes, cubed3 - 4 Tbsp. Balsamic & Basil Dipping OilSpinach & Herb Dip Mix to taste Directions Boil potatoes just until soft; drain. Place potatoes in serving bowl; top with oil and Spinach & Herb Dip Mix. Serve warm or cool. Makes 6-8 servings.
