Ingredients
2 lbs. white fish fillets 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 3 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™ 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil 1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions
Marinate fish in oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Grill fish for 10 to 15 minutes, turn once. Heat butter and Garlic Garlic™ for 3 minutes, stir constantly. Add basil and pepper; remove from heat. Pour garlic butter over fish. Makes 6-8 servings.
