Ingredients
2 tsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix 1 lb. deveined, butterflied shrimp 4 Tbsp. olive oil 1 lemon zest 1/2 fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. garlic salt Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 1 jar Ragu® Alfredo sauce 1 lb. cooked bowtie pasta
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients; allow to sit for 30 minutes. Saute marinated shrimp in saute pan until fully cooked; add Alfredo sauce and simmer on low. Add shrimp mixture to prepared pasta. Makes 4-6 servings.
