Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ 1/2 tsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix 1/4 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ 1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg 1 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup half and half 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. For meatloaf, form into loaf; place in loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. For meatballs, form into balls; place on baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
