Ingredients
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal 1 jar Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread
Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients; blend well. Add next 4 ingredients; stir until crumbly. Firmly press half of crumb mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Carefully smooth Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread evenly over crumb crust; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Pat lightly. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars. Makes 16-18 servings.
