Ingredients
1/4 cup Simply Salsa™ Mix 15 oz. can diced tomatoes 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice 2 large cloves garlic, pressed 2 Tbsp. olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. skirt steak, cut in strips 1 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp 1 green pepper, cut into strips 1 peeled, thinly sliced onion Flour tortillas Guacamole Sour cream
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in resealable plastic bag; marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Saute steak mixture in hot skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir constantly. When meat is cooked, add shrimp and vegetables. Stir fry until heated through and vegetables are tender. Serve with flour tortillas, guacamole and sour cream. Makes 4-6 servings.
