Ingredients
1 - 2 salmon fillets 2 Tbsp. butter 1 Tbsp. prepared Spinach & Herb Dip Mixdip Garlic Garlic™to taste
Directions
Prepare a piece of foil big enough to seal the salmon; spread half of the butter on the foil. Place fish on buttered foil. Put remaining butter on top of fish. Top with Spinach & Herb Dip Mix dip and Garlic Garlic™. Make a pouch with a little room for steaming; seal the foil so that it will not release any liquid while cooking. Grill for approximately 15 minutes. Makes 1-2 servings.
