Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
16 oz. fresh mushrooms
Warm the Oven! Savory Cheese Dip Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese


Directions
Remove stems from cleaned mushrooms; finely chop stems until there are 3 tablespoons. Combine Warm the Oven! Savory Cheese Dip Mix, cream cheese and stems; mix well. Chill 2 hours. Brush rounded side of mushrooms with olive oil. Place mushrooms, rounded side down, on foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon mixture in each mushroom; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6-8 servings.
