Ingredients
5-6 peeled medium red potatoes 1 Tbsp and 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt, divided 2 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 - 1 tsp. celeryseed 1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1/2 - 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Dice potatoes into 1-inch pieces; place in 4-quart covered pan. Add enough water to cover and 1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt. Bring to boil; simmer about 10 minutes until potatoes are just tender. Do not overcook. Drain potatoes; refrigerate. Combine remaining ingredients; chill one hour. Fold mixture into cooled potatoes. Makes 5-6 servings.
