Ingredients
3 - 4 lb. beef pot roast 1/2 cup Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce 2 - 3 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ 1 cup water 8 oz. peeled, fresh carrots
Directions
Brown pot roast on all sides in a large greased skillet over high heat. Place roast in slow cooker; add remaining ingredients. Cover, cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Serve with additional Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce. Makes 6-8 servings.
