Ingredients
2 (8 oz.) filet mignon, wrapped in bacon 1 - 2 tsp. Boursin herbed cheese or light cheese 2 - 3 Tbsp. Merlot Sauce
Directions
Broil or grill steaks according to your preferences. Top with Boursin cheese; drizzle with Merlot Sauce. Serves 2.
