Ingredients
3-4 lbs. pork tenderloin 1/2 cup Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce 2-3 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic™ 6 strips bacon
Directions
Brush tenderloin with Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce. Liberally sprinkle with Garlic Garlic™™. Wrap tenderloin with bacon, securing with toothpicks. Bake at 325º or grill until internal temperature reaches 150º; about 60 minutes. Wrap in foil and let rest 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
