Ingredients
4 (1/2-inch) slices Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix, cut in half 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting 8 tsp. Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
Toast the Absolutely Almond Pound Cake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 350° for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through baking time; cool completely. Top each pound cake crostini with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese frosting, 1 teaspoon Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread and a few sliced almonds. Makes 8 crostini.
