Ingredients
1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 3 - 4 Tbsp. Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil 1 tsp. grated orange peel Crusty bread
Directions
Char peppers on grill or under broiler until blackened on all sides. Wrap in paper bag; let stand 10 minutes. Peel and seed; cut into 3/4-inch strips. Place in bowl; drizzle with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Sprinkle with orange peel; stir to blend. Let stand 1 hour. Serve at room temperature on top of crusty bread. Makes 4-5 servings.
