Ingredients
3-4 lb. beef pot roast 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 3-4 Tbsp. Onion Onion™ 1 cup red wine or beef broth
Directions
Brown pot roast in oil over medium-high heat in a heavy fry pan. Place roast in slow cooker; add Onion Onion™ and wine or broth. Heat on low 8-10 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
If desired, add small whole potatoes and peeled carrots.
