Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips Olive oil 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1 cup pea pods 1/2 red onion, sliced into thin wedges Sesame Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce Prepared white or brown rice
Directions
Saute chicken with olive oil in a large skillet until chicken is no longer pink. Add vegetables; stir over medium-high heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes. Add Sesame Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce to taste or desired consistency; heat through. Serve with hot rice. Makes 4 servings.
