Ingredients
1 3/4 cups Berry Sunrise™ Raspberry Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 egg 1 1/2 cups milk
Directions
Whisk egg and milk together in a mixing bowl. Stir in pancake mix; blend well. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir batter; ladle onto a preheated greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops bubble and edges begin to brown. Serve topped with Berry Sunrise Raspberry Syrup. Makes 12 (4-5 inch) pancakes.
Waffle Preparation:
Prepare batter as directed for pancakes; pour into preheated greased waffle iron. Remove when golden brown. Top with Berry Sunrise Raspberry Syrup. Makes about 6 (7-inch waffles).
