Ingredients Quick Corn Bread Mix1 cup milk1/3 cup vegetable oil1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Directions Combine ingredients; divide batter among 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with butter or honey. Makes 12 muffins.
