Ingredients
Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix
4 1/2 cups water
12 oz. beer
2 Tbsp. Bacon Bacon™, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
In a large saucepan, whisk Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix Mix into water and beer; add Bacon Bacon™. Simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until thick and potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese. Ladle into bowls; top each serving with cheese and Bacon Bacon™ for garnish, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
