Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 2 Tbsp. Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix 1 tsp. Garlic Garlic™ 1 cup cooked and diced, boneless, skinless chicken breast 8 oz. cooked medium shrimp, tails removed and deveined 1/4 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon 5 - 6 oz. fresh spinach, washed, dried with stems removed 8 oz. prepared pasta (optional)
Directions
Melt butter over medium-high heat in large skillet. Add Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix and Garlic Garlic™; sauté 30 seconds, stir constantly. Reduce heat to medium; add chicken, shrimp and bacon. Heat through; stir often. Add spinach; cook just until wilted. Serve alone or with hot pasta. Makes 2-3 servings.
