Tastefully Simple’s "Culture Crew" is responsible for developing, sharing and implementing all kinds of fun activities that enhance our company culture.

A few of our favorite Culture Crew initiatives include:

• Bring Your Kid to Work Day  – a day filled with fun activities and learning opportunities for children.
  
  
• Theme Days – special celebrations in honor of St. Patrick's Day, Independence Day, Halloween and other special occasions.
  
  
• All Team Meetings – company-wide meetings held each month in a positive, high-energy environment.
  
  
• Buddy System – a group of volunteers who warmly welcome new team members on their first day, help ease their transition into Tastefully Simple culture and share the history of our company.
  
  
• Goosings Team – a committee who works to implement different ways to recognize (or "goose") team members for a job well done.
  
  
• Morning Train – a weekly activity that maintains and enhances positive work relationships among team members.
  
  
• Careful Inclusion – processes that are developed and implemented to ensure team members receive information in a timely manner.
