Fall social committee volunteersTeam Member Involvement

At Tastefully Simple, we encourage everyone to pursue their passions and interests. That’s why so many of our team members participate in committees and other special groups at our headquarters every year.

Some of these opportunities to get involved include:

  • Turning Leaf Tour Team – a group of volunteers who share Tastefully Simple’s unique story and company culture by delivering fun and informative tours of our headquarters.

  • First Responders – a group of Tastefully Simple team members who are trained in CPR and First Aid. These individuals communicate with emergency personnel and use basic skills to assist injured or ill team members until medical professionals arrive.

  • Tastebuds – a special committee who works closely with our Product Development Team to evaluate new products for our standard and seasonal lines.

  • Safety Committee – a group committed to creating and maintaining a safe and non-hazardous work environment. This committee helps ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, conducts regular safety audits and more.

  • HQ Training Task Force – a panel of team members who evaluate and improve company forms, worksheets, training tools and other processes.

  • Green Team – a committee who strives to increase environmental awareness within our company and surrounding community. The Green Team works to educate all team members about reducing waste, recycling and using resources responsibly.

  • 401(k) Investment Group – a group of volunteers who meet regularly to discuss investments offered through our 401(k) program, review returns and answer investment questions from team members.

  • HQ Social Committees – groups of team members who collaborate with our special events coordinators to plan fun and memorable company socials.

  • Kids in the CommunityKids in the Community – a program that gives children the opportunity to learn about and nurture their community through a variety of hands-on activities and volunteer opportunities.
