The Turn 'Em Loose Awards
Each year, everyone at Tastefully Simple has the opportunity to nominate one or more of their teammates for exceeding expectations.

All winners are recognized with an award and receive a "Turn 'Em Loose Weekend Get-Away" with Founder & CEO Jill Blashack Strahan and Founding Partner & COO Joani Nielson.

Spirit of Tastefully Simple Award
The Spirit of Tastefully Simple Award, our most prestigious Tastefully Simple honor, is given to an individual who best embodies the passion of our company and lives our principles of Abundancy, Magic and Realness. One recipient receives the Spirit of Tastefully Simple Award each year.

Walton Awards
Our annual All Team Retreat is a special event filled with celebration and team bonding. Each team at the company performs an original skit to share their goals for the upcoming year, and a panel of judges determines the winners. The best overall skit winner receives Tastefully Simple's coveted traveling trophy nicknamed Walton.

Additional awards are bestowed for creativity, teamwork, humor and interpretation of Tastefully Simple culture.

Friendship Forest
At Tastefully Simple, we celebrate each team member's fifth anniversary with the company by planting a tree in their honor. Those retiring from Tastefully Simple after three or more years of continuous service are also recognized with a sapling of their choice.
