Q. How will my order be shipped, and when can I expect it to arrive?

- Standard Delivery - At Tastefully Simple, we are committed to shipping online orders within three business days. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will be considered orders for the next business day. After an order leaves our warehouse, it will typically be delivered via ground service within 1-6 business days.
- Express Delivery - In a rush? Simply contact your Tastefully Simple consultant via phone or email to place your order and request express delivery. For an additional charge, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
Q. Can I ship an order to an address anywhere in the continental United States?
A. Yes! You can ship orders anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. If you'd like to send an order to Alaska, Hawaii or any international location, simply contact your Tastefully Simple consultant to make special arrangements.
Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
A. You'll receive an email from your consultant right away, confirming that your order has been received.
Q. Can I check the status of my Tastefully Simple order?
A. If you choose to set up a free online account with Tastefully Simple, you'll be able to log in and check the status of your latest order anytime - day or night. Plus, you can track every package to find out when it will be delivered to your door.
Q. Can I save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to type it in for future orders?
A. Absolutely! Simply set up a free Tastefully Simple account online. Whenever you log in, your name, address and consultant information will be automatically selected for your order. For your protection, please note that credit card data is not stored in our system and must be re-entered for every order.
