NORMAN, OK – Christy Byers, a local consultant for gourmet food company Tastefully Simple, is helping an area family set to be featured on ABC-TV’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” feel right at home. Byers represented Tastefully Simple in a donation of products to the family when the highly rated program recently filmed in Lawton, Oklahoma.
“It's a pleasure to give something to such a deserving family, and it's a privilege to be a part of this experience,” says Byers. "I really hope they enjoy our quick and delicious products. With a little food, fun and family, this new house will definitely feel more like home."
Tastefully Simple’s contribution consists of some of its most popular items, including Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®; Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix; Spinach & Herb Dip Mix; and Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix. "At Tastefully Simple, one of our core values is nurturing the community," Tastefully Simple founder and CEO Jill Blashack Strahan explains. “We're very proud that Christy is doing just that and reaching out to such a deserving family."
