Alexandria, Minnesota - Tracy Whitsell, of Georgetown, Kentucky, a local consultant for easy-to-prepare food company Tastefully Simple, is helping an area family set to be featured on ABC-TV's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" feel right at home. Whitsell and her team, the "Dixie Dandies," represented Tastefully Simple in a donation of products to the Mattingly family as the highly rated program filmed in Kentucky.

To celebrate Steve and Melissa Mattingly for their commitment to community, a Tastefully Simple Delightful Comforts gift pack - a tote filled with goodies from the direct sales company - has been delivered to the family. The gift pack is valued at over $100 and contains products such as Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®, Hearty Chicken & Dumpling Soup Mix, Bowtie Pasta & Chicken Cacciatore Mix, Carrot Pecan Bread & Frosting Mix and Spinach & Herb Dip Mix.

"I'm excited to be a part of the Mattingly's experience with 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,'" says Whitsell. "I hope they are able to enjoy the food as a family at the dinner table in their brand-new home."

In addition to the gift presented to the family, Whitsell and the "Dixie Dandies" made up Tastefully Simple products to serve to the volunteers and crew during the build.

"We're incredibly proud of Tracy and her fellow consultants for living out one of our company's core values - nurturing the community in which we live," says Tastefully Simple founder and CEO Jill Blashack Strahan. "It's a wonderful thing that the Mattinglys are being rewarded for their own values of giving back during such a difficult time for the family."
