Alexandria, Minnesota - June 14, 2005 - Troy Klimek, Alexandria, is this year's recipient of Tastefully Simple's coveted HQ Gung Ho Spirit Award. The award was presented June 9 during the company's 10th birthday celebration at its headquarters in Alexandria. Klimek was nominated by his peers and represents the individual who most embodies the Gung Ho!® philosophies expressed in the book of the same name by Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles.
In presenting the award, Tastefully Simple Founder & CEO Jill Blashack Strahan read portions of some of the nominations Klimek received, including: "Cheering others on comes natural for Troy. Klimek joined Tastefully Simple in September 2003. As a Business Services Specialist, he is involved with the delivery of mail and supplies throughout the company. He is also responsible for mailing materials to Tastefully Simple independent consultants - now numbering over 18,000 nationwide.
