You don't need to be from Buffalo to love this creamy dip! Just add mayo and sour cream. With the rich and tangy flavors of blue cheese, garlic and spices, it also makes a terrific warm dip. Stuff into celery sticks for easy appetizers, or dollop on grilled chicken breasts, tuna or salmon for the main event. Each packet makes about 1 cup dip.
