Q. What forms of payment can I use when shopping online?
A. You may use Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express® as payment for your online orders. Debit or ATM cards sponsored by these credit card companies are also accepted. If you wish to pay with an alternate method, simply contact your Tastefully Simple consultant via phone or email to place your order.

A. Yes, your online transactions are both private and secure. SSL encryption protects your information, ensuring that you connect with a legitimate, secure server. It's as safe as placing your order by phone or mail ... so you can always feel confident shopping online via your Tastefully Simple consultant's website!

Q. I received an invitation via email, but I can't make it to the party. If I shop online, will my online order still be counted toward my host's party?

A. Yes! Simply place your order through your online invitation. Or, if you've misplaced your original invitation, don't worry! During check-out, you'll be asked whether you'd like to associate your order with a host or event. After you've finished adding items to your cart, it's quick and easy to look up your host's name and/or party date using the handy Find host/event link.

Note: Unable to find your host's name or party? It's possible that the party has been closed or cancelled, or else your host is not currently participating in our online search feature. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact your host prior to placing your order.

Q. Can I ship an order to an address anywhere in the continental United States?
A. Yes! You can ship orders anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. If you'd like to send an order to Alaska, Hawaii or any international location, simply contact your Tastefully Simple consultant to make special arrangements.

Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
A. You'll receive an email from your consultant right away, confirming that your order has been received.

Q. Can I check the status of my Tastefully Simple order?
A. If you choose to set up a free online account with Tastefully Simple, you'll be able to log in and check the status of your latest order anytime - day or night. Plus, you can track every package to find out when it will be delivered to your door.

Q. Can I save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to type it in for future orders?
A. Absolutely! Simply set up a free Tastefully Simple account online. Whenever you log in, your name, address and consultant information will be automatically selected for your order. For your protection, please note that credit card data is not stored in our system and must be re-entered for every order.

A. Yes, Tastefully Simple offers a variety of kosher products, which are labeled with a certified kosher symbol on the product packaging.

Q. How do I know if a Tastefully Simple product contains MSG?
A. The best source of ingredient information is always the product label. If a product contains MSG, "monosodium glutamate" will be listed in the ingredient information found on the product label.

A. A number of Tastefully Simple products contain gluten. The best source of ingredient information is always the product label. We recommend that you check the label on each product to determine whether our scrumptious, easy-to-prepare products are the best fit for your particular needs.

A. Absolutely! If you've created an original recipe using Tastefully Simple products, we encourage you to submit it online. After all, your recipe could be featured on our website or it could be included in the next edition of our annual cookbook.
