Ingredients
Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®
12 oz. beer
2-3 Tbsp. melted butter
Prepared Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients; stir just to blend. Pour the butter into a greased medium-sized round bottomed, deep stainless steel mixing bowl; spoon batter over the butter and smooth out the top. Bake at 375° for 50-55 minutes. Cool completely. Invert bread on serving platter; cut opening in top of bread. Pull bread from inside loaf to create a bowl; cube. Fill bowl with prepared Spinach & Herb Dip or any of our dips; serve with reserved bread cubes. Makes 8-10 servings.
