Ingredients 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 12 cubes 12 large chunks fresh pineapple 12 (1 1/2 inch) chunks red bell pepper 4 - 5 Tbsp. Honey Teriyaki Sauce
Directions Alternate chunks of pork, pineapple and red bell pepper on each of 4 metal skewers. Brush liberally with Honey Teriyaki Sauce. Grill over medium heat until pork is done, about 5 or 6 minutes on each side. Serve with white rice. Serves 3-4.
