Q. I received an invitation via email, but I can't make it to the party. If I shop online, will my online order still be counted toward my host's party?
A. Yes! Simply place your order through your online invitation. Or, if you've misplaced your original invitation, don't worry! During check-out, you'll be asked whether you'd like to associate your order with a host or event. After you've finished adding items to your cart, it's quick and easy to look up your host's name and/or party date using the handy "Find host/event" link.
Note: Unable to find your host's name or party? It's possible that the party has been closed or cancelled, or else your host is not currently participating in our online search feature. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact your host prior to placing your order.
Q. When will my Tastefully Simple order arrive?

- Standard Delivery - Your Tastefully Simple order will arrive within 10 business days.
- Express Delivery - In a rush? Simply contact your Tastefully Simple consultant via phone or email to place your order and request express delivery. For an additional charge, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
A. Yes! You can ship orders anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. If you'd like to send an order to Alaska, Hawaii or any international location, simply contact your Tastefully Simple consultant to make special arrangements.
Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
A. You'll receive an email from your consultant right away, confirming that your order has been received.
Q. Can I check the status of my Tastefully Simple order?
A. If you choose to set up a free online account with Tastefully Simple, you'll be able to log in and check the status of your latest order anytime - day or night. Plus, you can track every package to find out when it will be delivered to your door.
Q. Can I save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to type it in for future orders?
A. Absolutely! Simply set up a free Tastefully Simple account online. Whenever you log in, your name, address and consultant information will be automatically selected for your order. For your protection, please note that credit card data is not stored in our system and must be re-entered for every order.

Q. Do I have to keep a large inventory of products?
A. Actually, you can have products delivered right to your clients' doors - without carrying any inventory! While some consultants do choose to keep a partial inventory of products for reorders, we encourage you to ship all orders directly to your clients.
Q. Can I earn additional income by sponsoring other consultants?
