    A delicious way to get started on healthier eating

    This meal kit is fabulous. The recipes are delicious and it gives you the whole shopping list and meal plan for 5 days - it takes away that decision making. You will love it! and you can do it over again for a 10 day or 15 day. Then check out another one like healthy swaps for more easy meal ideas. If you're like me, just getting going is the hard part and then keeping it interesting. This does that for you!
